April 2021 Updated Response to the Coronavirus Pandemic

In response to the increasing Covid 19 infection rate in Ontario and particularly in Niagara, we will be limiting onsite visits to only business-critical IT issues. Having always been a work-from-home business, we’ve invested a great deal of time and money into our remote support infrastructure and are confident that service levels will not be impacted. We in fact believe service will be improved as we take a remote service first stance and only consider onsite visits if necessary.

Ontario remains in a stay-at-home order. In recent days, we’ve learned of further delays in getting the vaccine to the public. To do our part in keeping staff and clients safe, we believe that only business-critical onsite visits should be made. As an essential service, When we do come onsite, we ask our clients to:

  • Maintain at least 6 feet social distance
  • Have as few staff onsite as possible
  • Have staff wear masks and sanitize their hands, keyboards, mice, and any other equipment we’ll be exposed to

We in turn will wear a mask during our visit, sanitize our hands, and sanitize keyboards and mice as we work.
